Change Request Description	Complete description of the Change Request
CLASS	Custom Local Area Signaling Services
CLEC	Competitive Local Exchange Carrier
CME	Conformance Management Entity
CMIP	Common Management Information Protocol
CMISE	Common Management Information Service Element
CNAM	Caller Id with Name
CO	Central Office
Constraint	Conditions that restrict the design and implementation scope of the project.
Core Requirement	A Core Requirement is one that is sanctioned by the WORKING GROUP Task Force and is necessary for all regions to implement in order to maintain uniform NPAC interfaces and operation.

Status	The current state of the Change Request
STP	Signaling Transfer Point
Summary List	The Summary List summarizes Change Order activity that occurred during the most recent conference call. It includes Open, Closed-Pending, Closed, Delete-Pending, and Deleted ‘Change Orders’.
