3.0 or higher are recommended browsers for viewing the NPAC web
site. To minimize download time and bandwidth usage, click on the .zip link and
unzip the file (WinZip
and PKZIP are
common utilities for this) once you have saved it on your system. To directly
download a .doc (or any other type) file, right click on the link and then
follow the prompts to save the file to the location of your choosing. Help:
"Application Unknown"!
If you start to download a file and the file extension is unknown, do the
following steps (for Netscape Browsers). This is an example for the mpx file
extension.

Click on Edit -> Preferences

Select Applications in the Navigator section

Scroll down to Microsoft Project Exchange File (MPX)

Click on Edit ...
-
Type in application/vnd.ms-project in the MIME Type field

Double check the Application field in the Handled By section
