Use of the IVR system, including receipt of the Personal Identification Number (PIN), is strictly limited to the following:
- Law Enforcement Agencies - agencies of the United States or of a State or political subdivision thereof that are empowered by law to conduct investigations of or to make arrests for violations of federal, state or local laws; and
- PSAPs - entities performing public safety answering point (PSAP) functions in the performance of their official duties.
PINs can be shared. If your organization has been
assigned a PIN already, please use that PIN. If no PIN has been assigned to
your organization, please submit only one registration form to request a PIN
for your organization’s use. If it is necessary that there be a specific PIN
assignment for each individual in your organization, please submit a separate
registration form for each individual who requires a unique PIN.
