How can I reach the NPAC Mass Change team?

What hours are the Mass Change team available?
The Mass Change team is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm ET, Monday-Friday. After-hours, dedicated support is available if the Mass Change Request indicates this support. In cases of after-hours emergencies, a service provider can contact the NPAC Help Desk at 1-888-672-2435 and request support from the on-call Mass Change team member.
What forms do I need to complete?
The Mass Change forms are located here. If you are unsure which form you would need to complete, please e-mail NPACMassChangeRequests@neustar.biz with details on your planned mass change/mass update and the Mass Change team will be able to assist you.
How would I know if my Mass Change job has completed?
The Mass Change team does e-mail job completion e-mails to the requester and will include any errors or telephone number fall-out reports. If instant notification is needed, you can request this when you submit the Mass Change form. If instant notification is requested, please include the e-mail address that you would like this notification to go to.
I have a Mass Change project that needs to be ran during certain times of the day. Can that be done?
Yes, a Mass Change project can be ran during specified times (i.e., only at night, on the weekends, or during the day). You would need to indicate these circumstances on your request. The Mass Change team will clarify or inform you of any limitations to your requirements if necessary, prior to scheduling the job.
