Notes from the call.

Dispute Resolution: Bonnie Baca will provide dispute resolution language that was drafted previously to all for review.
Question still remains concerning enforcement policy and the LNPA WG.

LNP Problem Identification and Management Scope: Marian Hearn provided language that may act as the Scope for PIM.
The suggested language is the following.

"The LNPA will review, for constructive action, any LNP issue which is either multilateral in nature or for which no viable process exists. Constructive action will include: refer the issue to the appropriate problem, work the issue within the LNPA to develop a proposed solution or direct the issue sponsor to the appropriate documented process."

Problem Submittal: Dave Garner provided 3 porposed PIM forms. (see modified forms) Discussion included modification to certain fields of the forms.

Problem Submittal Flow: Bonnie Baca will provide suggested process flow charts to the PIM team. The flow suggests what is to take place when a problem is submitted to the LNPA WG by a service provider.

Problem Tracking: Gary Sacra suggested that when a submitted problem has been accepted by the LNPA and a forum of resolution has been determined a cover letter should be attached to the original service provider problem form and sent on to the forum. The problem submitting service provider must champion the problem to the forwarded forum. The LNPA WG will track the progress of the submitted problem on the "Open/Assigned Issues" tracking form receiving status/updates from the champion service provider and the assigned forum. When the problem has been resolved, the "Closed Issues" form will be updated with the appropriate information.

PIM Industry Workshop: It was decided that the PIM process and procedure should be established before a workshop is organized. After that is established then the workshop will be discussed further.

Other Items:

Bonnie Baca, TSE - TSE volunteered to develop a website for the LNP PIM. The web site could act as the inital entry and ongoing tracking database for problems submitted by service providers. It was not decided who would manage the website.

PIM Administration: There may be administrative expenses associated with the ongoing maintenance of LNP PIM activities. How could the LNPA WG cover these expenses?
