LnpNetwork behavior update

Description:

The lnpNetworkName attribute provides an identifier for the lnpNetwork object.  The behaviour currently states the valid values are "lnpName" for the NPAC SMS to Local SMS Interface.  It should be modified to be

"lnpNetwork".

Final Resolution:

This change will be made in the IIS 1.2.
