  • NPAC Administrator since its inception in 1996, operating the authoritative databases for all regions in the U.S. and Canada
  • North American Numbering Plan Administrator, serving as the steward for telephone numbering resources since 1997 for the U.S. and its territories, Canada and 18 Caribbean Countries
  • Number Pooling Administrator the only national number pooling administrator in the U.S.; preserved 500 million telephone numbers since its implementation in 2001
