Do you need to reset your password?
If you are a portal user or want to access NPAC Case and Contact management functionality, your User ID is your work email address. A password reset link with instructions will be sent to your email.
If you want to submit NPAC agreements, your User ID is your 8 charcter User ID. A password reset link with instructions will be sent to the email associated with your Non Disclosure Agreement on file.
The reset password link expires after 30 minutes. If your link expires, you will need to go back to the sign-in page and click, Forgot User ID or Password again and resubmit either your email address or 8 character User ID to receive a new link.
