Description:

IIS 1.5 is incomplete.  It should be modified to indicate the SOA initiated commands. 

The fifth and sixth paragraphs should start “A Local SMS or SOA can...”

The last paragraph, first sentence, should read “The serviceProvLRN-Value attributes on the NAPC SMS can not be modified by the Local SMS or SOA.”

Final Resolution:

IIS was modified in the 1.0 release.
