Description:

The second sentence does not include the scenario that creates can be performed when there is no currently active subscription version.  The IIS GDMO subscriptionVersionNewSP-CreateBehavior BEHAVIOUR  second sentence should be updated to read “Creates can only be performed provided there is only one currently active subscription or no subscription version in the NPAC or an action failure will be returned.”

Final Resolution:

The IIS will be updated for version 1.1.
