Description:

In the NPAC SMS, three status change notifications are sent to the SOA. The first is sent when the status is set to DISCONNECT PENDING, the second sent after the status is set to SENDING, and the third is sent after the disconnect when the status is set to OLD.

The first status change notification for disconnect pending is not documented in the IIS.

Final Resolution:

Document the first notification in the IIS flow 6.5.4 in IIS 1.9.
