Documentation Change to IIS for 6.5.1.6 Active SV Create on Local SMS

Description:

The flow picture needs to be updated to coincide with the existing text.  The text for step i states, "NPAC SMS notifies the current SP SOA for the previously active SV of the status change".

In this case, the current SP SOA of the previously active SV would now be the Old SOA.  However, the flow picture shows the message incorrectly going to the New SOA.

Final Resolution:

The documentation should be updated in the 1.11 version of the IIS.
