Description:

There is an error in the IIS (Flow B.5.2.1).  In the flow, steps f and g document an M-EVENT-REPORT for attributeValueChange erroneously going to the current SOA.

Final Resolution:

The proposed change is to update Flow B.5.2.1 by removing steps f and g to remove the M-EVENT-REPORT for attributeValueChange.
