Description:

This is an extension of NANC 227.  During the Dec 99 LNPA-WG meeting, it was proposed to remove Number Pooling functionality from NANC 227, and create a new change order for this functionality.

Implemented in FRS 3.3.0a and GDMO 3.3.0.
